Attack On The Times Of Nigeria!

The Times of Nigeria is currently experiencing some technical difficulties which have resulted in service interruption. We have persistently come under attacks by hackers in the past and our current situation is a continuation of such attacks. We are working to redefine our business processes to fortify both our program and the hosting environment.

We expect this to take a few months. Pending when this is done, this will be our temporary home. We regret the inconvenience this may cause our loyal readers but we will be back in a better shape to serve you.

No amount of threat – whether technical, physical or otherwise will silence us. Our enemies will not succeed.

Signed

By Management.

An attack on any media outfit is uncalled for; undemocratic and out of fashion. In a representative democracy, diverse views do exist, and varieties of divergent views are the ingredient for healthy and enduring democracies.

We, as human, hope of life of freedom of expression, association and of course life free of diseases. Attacking the medium where people of different background, political ideology and belief expressed their opinions, thoughts and engaged in healthy and fruitful debate is surely an attack on the people.

Times of Nigeria since its arrival has served as a medium for all and sundry to express their views, opinions on diverse national, political, cultural and geographical issues, any form of attack of this wonderful site, is an attack on freedom.

Times Of Nigeria has come to stay. Nigerian at home and in Diaspora are 100% in support of Times Of Nigeria

  2. SUNNY,
THE ATTACK ON THE TIMES OF NIGERIA TO US IS A VERY REGRETTABLE, UNFORTUNATE, DISGUSTING AND REPULSIVE ACT THAT CAN ONLY BE DONE BY DARKENED MINDS, BASTARDS AND COWARDS. IT IS TRULY VERY SAD INDEED PARTICULARLY TO THOSE OF US IN ENGR. TONYE PRINCEWILL CAMPAIGN OORGANISATION (TPCO), RIVERS STATE AND OF COURSE A TOTAL LOSS TO EVERY PROGRESSIVE MINDED PERSON IN NIGERIA! WE ARE THE WORST HIT OVER THIS UNFORTUNATE DEVELOPMENT AS TIMES OF NIGERIA IS ONE OF OUR MOST RELIABLE WINDOW WEBSITES TO THE OUTSIDE WORLD. WE ARE JUST CONFUSED AND LACK THE WORDS TO EXPRESS OUR ANGER AND FRUSTRATION OVER THIS UNWARRANTED ATTACK.
BUT ONE THING THAT THESE BASTARDS AND NONENTITIES FAILED TO UNDERSTAND IS THE TYPE OF SPIRIT THAT PROPELS US IN THIS STRUGGLE- IF THEY LITTLE MIND COULD ALLOW THEM PERCEIVE A LITTLE OF THE CONTENTS OF OUR MIND THEY WOULD HAVE COME TO THE REALIZATION THAT WE GET STRONGER WHEN FACED WITH THIS TYPE OF SITUATION. SO WE URGE THE TIMES OF NIGERIA MANAGEMENT NOT BE DAMPENED IN ANY WAY BY THIS ACT OF THESE COWARDS THAT CAN KILL THE BODY WITHOUT DESTROYING THE SPIRIT. THE TRUTH WHICH WE STAND FOR WILL ALWAYS THRIVE OVER DARKNESS SO CHEER UP- THE FUTURE IS STILL GREAT AND BRIGHTER!
    THANKS.
    CHIEF EZE C. EZE,
    MEDIA CHIEF,
    TPCO, RIVERS STATE
